After nearly 28 years in our downtown Cedar Rapids office, Day Rettig Martin, P.C. has officially moved to a new location. On July 3, 2025, we opened our doors at:

Our former space in the historic downtown district had been our home since December 2, 1997, and served as the backdrop for decades of client meetings, case victories, and firm milestones. While we will always cherish our history there, our new location provides updated amenities, easier parking, and a fresh space to continue delivering the quality legal services our clients have come to expect.

Day Rettig Martin, P.C. traces its roots back more than 150 years to Attorney Charles Johnson Deacon, who began practicing law in Cedar Rapids in 1873. Over the decades, the firm has evolved through name changes, leadership transitions, and new practice areas, but our commitment to excellence and client service has never wavered.
