Joe Day Presents on Delinquent Employer Contributions

On October 17, 2016 Attorney Joe Day presented on Delinquent Employer Collections (Strategies for Successful Collections Without Resorting to an ERISA 502 Federal Court Action) at the Painters and Allied Trades Labor Management Cooperation Initiative  (LMCI) Annual Attorney’s Seminar. LMCI is a jointly administered Taft-Hartley fund for the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades, AFL-CIO (IUPAT) and contractor’s signatory with the IUPAT.
